Let me give you a fair warning about the clothes from there if you haven't shopped there before....
I worked a Rue 21 for a year and then left because I was moving away to college. The clothes there will shrink VERY easily, along with fade, rip and tear. So when washing be very careful. ALWAYS turn the shirts inside out, and the same with jeans if they have any sort up badazzlement on them.
If it has any jewels or writing on them, I highly suggest letting it air dry instead of placing it in the dryer, it's really the only way that I saved mine from getting ruined constantly. Also if you ever buy shoes or bags from there, be super careful with them, they do break easily, keep your receipt!
Lastly, check near the neckline around the seem where the sensors were at, if there is even a tiny hole, take it back ASAP and get a different one. Often new employees or those who just don't care put them off the seem or yank them out when taking them off, which causes damage to the clothing. The fabric is very very sensitive, so try not to get caught on anything! Jewelry, always check the links/chains on necklaces and earrings, make sure there aren't any flaws, normally they won't refund you if you don't catch it in time!
The clothes are great, and prices are fair, but be very careful because not all of the shirts are the best of quality! I loved every minute of working in Rue, but you just have to be careful sometimes because of the workers and the quality. I don't want to sound snobby about the outfits, because I still own some of their clothes myself, but I just like to let first time shoppers know ^.^
