Glitches

my account here is somehow glitched, maybe your is too?

1. when questing it works fine for a time then it starts saying I'm already on a quest and gives me a go back page and won't show what the items needed are until I go back to world and then back to the quest, maybe it will show maybe not sometimes can take several tries and refreshing is pretty much useless.
also sometimes it does this even when I am first online after a whole day or night, it says you are already on a quest.

it's also doing this for missions, I fail every time...meaning that have not completed a mission in over a year

2. plushie and vending machines same type thing, says I already been when I havn't and there are usually a item or two in my inventory

3. restocking security codes keeps saying that is the wrong number to refresh for new number also get the go back to the shop keeper to buy this item. it repeatedly says this to the point I can't buy items I want or need for quest etc..

4. newspapers and magazines do the same as the plushie machines, they just randomly appear in my inventory and then when I go to do them it says I've already been but I have not.

-there is no way anyone else is on my pc, my internet does not have router thingy on, I know nothing about computers.

-I was told it was on my end, to go to a different computer and I would not have these glitches anymore, I got a new pc and it's still like this, has been over a year

I'm changing my password again, there is no one here that could be getting on my pc, it does these things at all hours of the day or night.
last time I tried to turn in a ticket I could not because I have too many waiting for response, a response that I have not gotten.. I used to love this site.
I do not want to be falsely accused of cheating when I am not and I have no clue how to, nor do I want to, I just want to play here without glitches.

also if my account is being used by a different pc, it's can't be me because I never play mara any where else but here in over 6 years.

edited: 2-14...recently it has gotten a little better but not completely at least I am able to do more quest now
