These things are incredibly shy, and when they think they're being seen, try and disguise themselves as flowers in the nearest bush.
If you're lucky you may be able to breed your adult roka's for one of these shy little creatures.

To get a baby you'll need to puchase at least one adult Roka from an LA
You'll need two Roka's either two of your own or one of yours and one of someone elses, you will then get a baby Roka within 24 of breeding.
Breeding costs 25k
and babies will be able to be grown up using baby food which costs 20k a piece.
