Pet exchange pet stat values [Work in progress]

So basically I'm starting to make this list as a guide to what items increase the amount your pet costs to send to someone at the Pet exchange.
All info about this stuff is greatly appreciated and needed.
Creating this on the fly so it is obviously no where near done.

Newspapers: 400mp.
Magic stat from Computer quest: 45mp.
History Stat [From Simerian Statue]: 90mp
Books: 400mp.
Elite Gym: 100mp
Gourmet Food: 280mp? [Need to Verify]
