This week has been dissapointing, with tickets being two days old. Our ladder holds a reputation among both the community and other ladders and with that said its slightly shameful to have Customer Services come in and help out with tickets.
A reminder that Quota is mandatory. We are here to help you in your Gamebattles career. On a case by case basis we will handle those failing to meet quota who are not excused as appropriate. One member of staff's access has been removed till tuesday for the above reasons, and although this is not something I enjoy doing, I reiterate the importance of keeping us informed and attempting where possible to meet quota.
