I had a concert on thursday night for my band and choir. in jazz band we play a song called sax in the city (silly i know) and it has an alto saxophone solo and i have been practicing it since october. but sadly our jazz band isnt big enough so my music teacher decided to have our regular band play it so i could have my solo! well on thursday night i wasnt feeling good because i was so nervous. and everybody was saying i was going to do fine. AND I NAILED IT! i didnt mess up or squeak! and i got a standing ovation! plus my best friend has bee super nice to me lately! i am very happy right now!
