Yesterday (3/28/11), heaven gained another angel. My beloved cat Riley passed away after battling health issues the past few weeks. I did not get to see him before he was rushed to the emergency vet's office, but I am not completely saddened by that because I would rather remember him happy and purring as he was the night before. He was my best friend for ten years, and even though I know life has to run its course, it still seems surreal and unfair.

But, I know you are no longer in any pain, and you can run around and have fun with all the other loved souls in heaven.
I love you buddy, and I miss you so much more than you could possibly know ???
