If you need help finding something fast then try item search! Its fast and easy. If your not in a rush then try the slow search it pulls up a list of sellers. If you need to hurry then try quick search it pulls up the lowest price for that item. You will see quick buy and if you quick buy that item you will spend 25mp more. But if your in a hurry then do it because some sellers have over one pages of list of items they want to sell.
