1. you need to have the dukkas in your inventory before you visit the smuggler (I leave mine in my inventory all the time).
2. you need to arrive earlier than the smuggler will stock by at least 10 seconds.
3. position your mouse pointer on the position where an item will stock:

4. at 10 seconds before the smuggler will stock, start pressing <F5>, then click repeat these two actions as fast as you can until you see an item appear or the time has passed.

The Smuggler stocks at some random hour at 14 minutes past the hour. So the time would be xx:14:00, where xx is the random hour.
