I adopted Buddy, the Tripod Dog, from the Riverside Animal Shelter, in California on March 9, 2010.

He is a Beagle mix.

I don't know all of his history, but what I do know is this:

He was picked up as a stray with his right front paw just dangling there, very badly mangled. He was most likely hit by a car and that's how his leg was so badly injured. The leg could not be saved, so it was surgically removed.

When I went to the shelter, I didn't even know he was there. I saw a different dog online and went there to see that dog. The dog that I wanted to look at was not there, so I started looking at other dogs available. Then, I saw HIM. I fell in love. He was so adorable and I couldn't help but feel sorry for the little guy. I just HAD to take him home!

And now, he will begin his new life together with me and my family.

***Special Notes***
~Buddy loved wearing bandannas when he went for walks. He had a few different colored ones: Orange, Red, American Flag, and Black. If you could add one of those bandanna colors with him, I'd really appreciate it!~
~He also had a red collar.
~Feel free to add wings/halo if you like since he has passed on.
