OK, so this is how it works:

Someone who...

a. Asks me for things I simply do not have
b. Keeps on and on and on about me getting stuff for them (see Wishlist Help)
c. Has plenty (more than about 50K- but let me be the judge of that) of MP and wants other people to buy things for them.
d. Keeps asking for MP, BP, RP or Items. (Without reason.)
e. Asking for my MaraPets.
f. Anything else I (remember, I'M the judge) deem to be begging.

Penalty: BOILED IN OIL UNTIL THEIR FLESH FALLS OUT. Or, alternatively, BLOCKED and REPORTED. (In that order)

MARAMAIL/MARAPALS:

Definition:

*Yes*

MM)
a. Friendly chat about anything through MaraMail.
b. Asking for help.
MP)
a. Someone who wants to be friends.
b. Someone who I have helped and want me as a future contact.
c. Someone who thinks I'm a nice person.

*No*

MM)
a. Begging.
b. Asking me to join your Club.
MP) Someone who wants me to buy things for them.

Penalties:

For *Yes* topics: Nothing.

For *No* topics: BLOCKED and REPORTED.

CONCLUSION: OPEN, but NO *No* topics.

SPECIAL NOTE: As regarding to SPAM, go ahead. It brings a bit of fun into MMing someone. Feel free.

CLUBS:

Definition:

1) Are you really that thick?? Though if you really don't know, MM me.

Penalties:

Joining: If you ask me to join your Club, you will BLOCKED. Ignorance of this entry is no excuse.

Asking for Help about it: Nothing. Just Chibs Emoticons.

CONCLUSION: CLOSED.

WISHLIST HELP:

Definition:

*Good*

a. Donating MP to help someone get something off their Wishlist.
b. Donating an Item off their Wishlist (within reason)
c. Buying from their Shop.

*Bad*

a. Asking for something that is on MY Wishlist too. Because if I can afford it for you, I can afford it for, therefore I won't bother.
b. Asking for more and more things.
c. Asking for something unreasonable.

Penalties:

For *Good* topics: Nothing. Just Items/MP.

For *Bad* topics: BLOCKED and REPORTED.

CONCLUSION: Sure, but I will TELL YOU how much I am going to help you with. Asking for more will be classed as BEGGING (see Beggars).

PETS:

Definition (of this topic):

*Good*

a. Asking to Trade a pet that ISN'T mentioned as being NFT.
b. Admiring/praising my MaraPets.
c. Asking me to rate your MaraPets.
d. Asking me to take one of your/your friend's pets a home.

*Bad*

a. Asking to Trade pets that ARE defined as being NFT.
b. Asking/begging for my MaraPets (see Beggars).
c. Asking me to give one of MY pets a home with you.

Penalties:

For *Good* topics: Nothing.

For *Bad* topics: BLOCKED and sometimes REPORTED.
