17th Jan 2010 18:24 For those who are wondering about the Quija board, here's the questions that we asked it and here's what it gave us, it was scary and funny so if you're want to buy a Quija board, go ahead be my guest. It's only a game, right?
Note: It's in story form but it still has the questions and stuff
Also, let me list the people that participated:Matt, Nick, Jenny, Hannah, Kyle, Nikki, Daniel and Zach (In no particular order)
When everybody arrived at 8:00pm, we all gathered around the magical Quija board and the mystifying pointer that glows in the dark(Yay! ). Two girls, four guys, my sister and I placed our fingertips onto the pointer and turned off the lights. My best friend that has been with me since I was a child went first. This was what he asked:
"Is there anybody here?"
We waited for awhile and then the pointer stared to move into the one corner of the board.
"Yes," my friend repeated. We all went into a circle so my friend's girlfriend went next.
"Who is here?" She asked. Again, we waited for awhile and the pointed began to move. M-O-L-L-Y
My other friend asked his question, "How old are you, Molly?" We waited for about five minutes and nothing happened. Since nothing happened, he wasted his turn. It was my turn and so I asked, "Is it possible to turn someone into a fairy?" (Yes, I did ask this question, sucks that nobody laughed ): ) The pointer began to move again and it said, "No," My sister was next so she asked, "Is-is there an afterlife?" The pointer hesistated for a moment and moved to the corner that had "Yes" scribbled all over it. My friend was next so she asked, "Molly, will you hurt us?" The pointer moved into "Yes" again. "Ow!" Jenny yelled. "Nick, did you do that?" she screamed angerily at him. He shook his head, how could he of done that? We all had our fingers on the pointer. "What happened?" My sister, Nikki, asked. All of my frineds knew her and liked her very much so she wasn't afraid to talk to any of my friends.
"I felt something poke my back,"
"Quite screwin' around, this is just a dumb game, it's not real!" Zach shouted out loud. He looked drunk, groggy almost. Nobody looked at him nor spoke to him. It was his turn anyway... "Molly, will you haunt us?" He smiled, proving that this was just a game...
The pointer moved, "No" he all looked at us with a half smile. Daniel's turn, he opened his mouth and began to speak his words, they were unsteady and broken up. "Will you pla-" Suddenly Nick's phone rang.
"Don't answer it," I warned him. If he took his fingers off of the pointer, then something bad would happen like... well.. GODKNOWSWHAT!
He looked around, hoping for more anwers. His phone kept on ringing, until suddenly it stopped. We all were hoping that it wasn't an important call. Daniel continued, "Molly, while you come and play with us?" No wonder he was a bit shakey at this question, he probably thought that it was a bad question to ask. The pointer moved, "Yes" My sister gasped, she was only 11, but she could handle stuff like this. A shadow whipped by the room, followed by a giggle. We all looked at my sister.
"Did you do that?" I asked her. She shook her head, fingers barely touching the pointer. She looked like she was going to cry, but I reminded her when she came into the house: Whatever you do, don't take your fingers off of the pointer thingy, if you get too scared you can tell me, ok? If something happens to you, stop and tell me right away, ok?
We all looked at Jenny and Hannah, the other girls that could of have giggled. They both shrugged.
"Not me,"
"I don't laugh like that,"
We continued on, our fingers jerking away from the pointer once in awhile. We asked questions like, "Molly, how old are you? (We asked this again 'cause the pointer didn't move at first), 'Molly, how did you die?' 'Molly, are you happy? 'Molly, what are you?'" Molly, Molly, Molly, that's what we kept on asking the board. I mean, she was our spririt. All of us asked three questions for each round and here's what we asked:
Q: "How will I die?"
A: Pointer didn't move
Q: "How will I die?(Again)"
A" C-r-a-s-h
Q: Will I have the power to haunt people?
A: No

Q: Did Molly do that?
A: Yes
(Apparently my friend asked again)
Q: Why is Molly doing this to us?
A: The magical and almightly glow in the dark pointer didn't move
We got a little scared at first but we got sillier whenever it was our turn. So it was a scary and funny experience for me and all of the people that were there. And besides, I bought the board at Toysrus and it was made by the Parkerbros, so no harm done, riiiiiight? Yes, we did ask all of those silly questions, notice how the questions were at the end of the game. And notice how the pointer didn't move for most of the game. We weren't afraid of the Luigi board anymore x3
Also, if you think about buying a real Quija board, be careful and good luck~
