and To Get Some Perfect Halloween Plans, We Need A Perfect Halloween council!:]
to Apply to be a Halloween Council Member, you must:

-Have over 50 posts.
-Be an active member.
-Be There For The Party.
-Support good Halloween Party Ideas.
-Mail Ash or Booty To Join the Club Council.

The Halloween Party Date Is Still Being Planned Out, so Be Patient and check Back in.
