Veeky, the Vampire Reese

Veeky is an orphan. His parents mysteriously disappeared one day and left the young one on the streets. Veeky is blind and has to resort to a sonar-type of way to move around, which involves clicking his tongue and listening to the sounds waves. Veeky is often insulted for the way he travels and for his coloring as a Vampire. Most of the time he tries to keep quiet on how he had been picked up off the street by the services.
