Death Note

There are a lot of mangas/anime that I like, but out of them all, I think Death Note is my current favourite. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, the main character is Light Yagami, known also as Raito Yagami. He finds a notebook dropped by a shinigami (god of death) that grants him the power to kill people in many ways. For a better explanation, look somewhere else.

My top three favourite characters, in order, are: L, Near, Mello. My three least favourite characters, in order, are: Light, Misa, Rem. The reason I hate Rem kind of has spoilers for those who haven't gotten about half way into the anime/manga, so I won't say it here. But I hate Light because he's so pathetic and thinks he's so great, and Misa is just really annoying. And stupid.

Out of all the shinigami in Death Note, my favourite is Ryuk. I think my reasons would be obvious, but it's mainly because a lot of them are so boring (like Rem). And isn't it so funny how he obsesses over apples?!

I've finished the Death Note manga, and was so happy in the last volume... The only sad part was what happened to Mello at the start. I hope that's not too spoiler-ish for those who don't know. I've also seen a few episodes on TV... Light's laugh in the last episode is hilarious, both the Japanese and English version, I have both downloaded onto my MP3. xD He's insane! Literally... Baka Raito-kun. x3
