The doctor advised me not to go to the gym everyday because I strain my muscles and it's not actually helping but more damaging...you don't know how much oxidative stress your body undergoes during peak strenuous activities and they shouldn't be done routinely...it weakens the immune system...don't get me wrong, I'm a 114 lbs, I like a toned body.
