GIMP Tutorial is Back Online

Ok, I had one, but it got lost when marasites died, and I don't have a going site with a finished pretty layout, so it's very plain looking, but it has the information on it, and that is the important part.

Basically it's meant to be a introduction to GIMP as well as a basic siggy tutorial
