1. Jenoa Goal 16. Match 11 numbers at Keno to complete this goal. I have matched 11 numbers twice and it still says I have not completed it. Not only that but Keno doesn't pay out the points. You lose points with every game even if you win more than it cost to play.

2. My shop is messed up most of the time. Lots of my items never show up on shop search.

3. Sending in support tickets or mailing a blue star. Its fine if you want them to go unanswered. All of mine have been.

4. Lost mps (400K) from shop till. Happened almost a month ago. Sent support ticket and mailed blue star. Have not heard a word in return.

Does anyone have ur password for the last problem?

Some of my items don't show on shop search I just remove them and put them back in again and again until it works, yes I'm a bothered little kid

if you like I can give you 400k if it'd make you feel better (:

I get replies sometimes,
they probably don't reply to errors because they know there are errors and replying to everyone of them would be difficult.

About the 400k in the shop, I've never heard about that happening before, I've heard about the constant lost items in auctions.
I hope everything works out for you!

Was told nothing can be done about the Keno/Jenoa goal. Just keep trying.

I hear what you are saying Twisted, same thing happens to me when I send in support tickets..that is when they are working and I don't get that server error! Too many errors for my liking, but I will stick around for now. Good Luck in getting the Keno thing sorted out.
