Back when I was in Chibs Forever, before it fell apart. I had very close friends, and I felt like I knew the whole of mara. I was one of the happy few that had found safety and security in my friendships, and I thought they were unbreakable. I was wrong.
As the sea of newbies, and the wave of older members leaving came down upon me, I realized that this Utopian-like bliss could not go on forever. I tried to juggle friendships and real life at the same time, and eventually both fell down on top of me. Chibs Forever fell apart, and most of the members quit or turned their back on the remaining members, who battled constantly with keeping the club together. I was siphoned off too, to Marabay. I liked Marabay, and it was friendly and all, but I found I didn't know anyone there, and whenever I tried to meet new people in the club, there always seemed to be more yet. (Name removed as requested) was a great source of comfort to me, and one who I could depend on. But I couldn't keep up, and eventually, the club collapsed, and I was drowned.
