Wishing Girl

She runs around it wishing it's branches would scoop her up and pull her towards the sky.

She swings on it wishing that it would pull her close and hold her tight.

She sleeps under it dreaming well it protects her from the world beyond the failing leafs.

Laughter is Hope,
Hope is peace,
Peace is the worlds desire.

Nothing lost,
But nothing gained.
Why must I take this
ABUSE.
Why must it be me?
And why do you continue to
Hunt me?
