You can view your own aura with a mirror. Look at yourself through a hand mirror - not directly at yourself but between your head and shoulder at the wall behind you. You should see a white fuzzy 'glow' around you after about 15secs. This will disappear cuz your eyes will move involutary - you have to train the eye not to twitch. After a couple of days of doing this you will start seeing colours - this is your aura.
See how easy was that!
You can do the same technique with a person. Make sure the person is against a white background and is at least 5 foot away.

ORANGE - Spleen chakra - energy/health
YELLOW - Heart chakra [solar plexus] - love/compassion
GREEN - Thymus chakra - balance/healing
