Thank you for visiting my blog and taking the time out of your life to read a little about myself and how I play Marapets!


Myself:
I am an adult player (currently 30 years of age) from the USA. I have been playing on and off since I was about 15 years old. I have enjoyed playing from day one. I am often online and I generally play from a computer but recently I have started playing a bit from my phone as well. I have enjoyed the past 11 years of my life with my "other half" and we have 3 beautiful children together who are not old enough to have accounts yet, but I cannot wait until they are and they ask to play as well.
**In this about me, I would like to cover some of how I play the game. I am fully aware that I will never 100% complete the game and very likely will never make it to 100% on any part of the game, nor do I expect to. But I will go into a few things about how I play regarding: My pets, trades, shop and pricing, collections, quests, missions, goals, auctions, trades, clubs, forums, battles, and whatever else I can think of so that you, [%Visitor%], will have a better understanding of who I am and what I am playing for.

My Marapets:
~Pets~
My pets are not for trade. I will gladly lend them if you have a need for them though!

~Friends, Forums, Maratalk and Mail~
>I don't mind accepting friend requests, it doesn't bother me a bit.
>I do not like posting on the forums or on Maratalk. However, I used to enjoy the forums very much. I am more of a lurker now because everytime I post (Maratalk as well), I seem to post in the wrong place. I miss when it was simple and the forums had one set of subsections lol. Now those subsections have subsections and it has just gotten to be too much for my simple self to handle!
>I am open to MM mail ANY time for any reason.

~Battle~
>This is probably the biggest, necessary feature that I am just not interested in! Battling frustrates me and I don't enjoy it haha.

~Shop, Gallery, & Trades~
>I try to keep my shop prices as low as possible, as often as possible. However, prices are now changing so quickly that it is near impossibly to keep them at the lowest on the SS. If it isn't the lowest, you can try to check back, or feel free to MM me to have an item that you need pulled from my stock and we can set up a trade with it, if that is something that you are interested in doing.
>I use my gallery for those collections that have multiple items. By far, my favorite collection is Plushie (as well as Enchanted plushies). Compared to how many plushies Marapets has to offer, I really do not have all of that many and I am ALWAYS looking for more and willing to accept more. I collect these in my gallery,as well as the Collections section of the site. So, in a way, I "double" collect plushies. I will generally accept plushies for most of my trades, or will accept trades with a "lot" of plushies to meet the value or the item(s) I am trading. Or I am willing to do half plushie(s), half currency to meet as close to the value of the trade item that's posted. In my gallery, I also collect crystals, worms, pearls, gumballs, things in jars, scholarships, and sometimes you may see me throw the diamonds from my gallery in there (although I despise the Knutt Knight quests because it is all battling and I'm just not into it). If I have multiples of anything in my gallery about 5 for most items, I will gladly put them in a reserved trade for you.
> I am a pretty generous person as far as items in my trades, anything that's up for swap, I do not expect full value out of. Anything else in my trades that states "make an offer" I do not expect more than 75% of the value for those items and in some cases I am willing to do 50-60% of the cost of those things as well. & just for the sake of repeating myself, I don't mind having offers that are mixed with items that I collect along with currency (I do prefer either MP or BP overall, but occassionly I don't mind accepting RP as long as the ratios are accurate.)

~Collections~ (in and out of my Gallery)
>Again, things in my gallery that have quantites, I try to keep at least 5 of in there with the exception to that being plushies. As long as I have a plushie added to my non-gallery collection and one in my gallery, I am willing to sell any excess.
>I do also collect things in my attic, those are things such as Tombola prizes (salon coupons: male and female, circus tickets, tanning coupons, etc.), I am also willing to sell those in bulk quantities at a discounted price as well.
>Other Collections: I put what I can into my Wardrobe, although I am not big into the customization of my character at this point to place higher priced items into my wardrobe, so I do have several wardrobe items in my attic that I occasionally will put into my trades.
I DO collect plushies.
I DO collect toys.
I DO collect books: I am currently working on 100% books (if that's ever possible) to complete Tarquin (which was WAY easier many years ago).
I DO collect DVDs.
I DO collect CDs.
I DO collect newspapers and magazines (as often as possible, but this is new for me and I am still missing a HUGE amount of those as well.)
I DO collect Glowing Eggs.
I am always looking for help with anything I am missing in those collections (ESPECIALLY BOOKS and PLUSHIES)
I do NOT collect instruments, any of those that I come across will go into my gallery as well for now, I may change my mind on that one day, but for now, I have enough going on to keep me happy and extremely overwhelmed.
