In the event of a tie the decision on how to determine the winner is at my discretion. I may choose between the tied dolls myself, I may offer each of the tied dolls the prize (not to be split, they would each receive the full prize), I may use a random picker, or I may ask a club staff member to cast the deciding tie breaking vote. Whichever way I decide is final.
