do you even think about how you've abused your position, about how you're betrayed the trust placed in you? do you? apparently not because if you did, you'd STOP doing what you're doing. you'd come 'clean'. but you won't. neither will the others you're helping, protecting, covering for. you are complicit, you're aiding and abetting. shame on you.

you're still at it. and you and the others are apparently gonna keep doing what you're doing because you're getting by with it. pays to be 'in position', doesn't it? do you think about what you and the others are doing when YOU ban another player for doing the same or even less than you and your group are doing? i doubt it. you should though. tbh, you shouldn't even have a position OR an account, nor should the others. all the things you are doing would get any other player PERMANENTLY banned, their account FROZEN. but not you and your 'group'. protected bunch. double standards. what a shame. never though mara was like that, but it sure is!

sharing of private log information and/or support ticket information........if it's not against the rules, it should be. shame on you and any in position who do this. so much for accountability. seems it's not safe to trust those we've been told we could trust. so much for expecting equal application of the rules. again, congrats on breaking major ones and getting by with it. apparently, you always will. shame on you and those that allow it.

inside information keeps you and your group from being caught. that's not right, it's very wrong. and it's unfair to those of us that obey the rules. switch it up all you want, doesn't change that what you're doing and have been doing is WRONG.
