Well when I was little, I wanted a ds lite sooo bad, but everywhere was sold out my parents told me. So, when it came to Christmas, I ran downstairs opened all my presents, they were great, but there was no ds. I then heard a bang. My parents told me to go see what it was, at first I didn't want to because I thought they were lying. So after them bribing me to go upstairs, I ran into my bedroom, and there, on my chest of drawers, we're two presents. I opened them and there was a ds and one of those game cards. I was so happy! But even to this day, I don't know how they made the bang&a and got the presents there without me knowing!

So, I'm going to tell you both, but the best gift is my actual entry. (:

My favorite gift I ever received was when I was about 9, and Pokemon Sapphire & Ruby came out. I WANTED THEM SOOOO BAD! But, I didn't think my parents would get them for me because they were expensive.

So, on Christmas morning, I opened aaaall my presents, and was pretty happy with it all. But, INSIDE THE TREE, were 2 little boxes wrapped up THAT WERE THE GAMES.

Needless to say, I beat both of them by the next Christmas (I know that was awhile, but it's okay xD )

And, well, that is pretty much my favorite memory too. (:

My best Christmas gift I've ever got is just being able to spend Christmas with my family last year. We have been struggling with money ever since I can remember . My parents are divorced but last year I got to spend Christmas with my mom AND dad at the same time !!! We laughed , watched Christmas movies and drank hot chocolate <3 god is good <3

Hi my bestest memory is more about my baby brother than me. It feels like it was so long ago I must have been about 8 and my brother 5, he was the cutiest and bravest thing and had just recovered from a term in hospital as he has a life threating illness.

It was christmas morning and we both began to open our presents. As the we got to the last of the presents I relised that what my brother wanted most, a Thomas train set, was no where to be seen. We all knew he wanted it so badly as it was all he talked about in hospital.

My mum opened the last present and you could see him holding back the tears. My mum asked if there was anything wrong and he explain how it didnt matter and that he would wait untill next year to get this toy. He was really grown up about it saying how he knew that it was a lot of money and that he hadnt been good enough, but you could see he was very upset.

Just then the door bell rang and we heard talking. Minutes later my dad walked in with another present. He explainned how Santa had forgotten to drop this present off last night and had only just delivered it. It was for my brother and as we openned it we saw how it was the train set that he wanted. He was the happiest boy ever, jumping off the walls and laughing and hugging the trains as if someone was going to take it away from him again.

We played with it for the rest of the day.

I understand now that it was my parents doing and it was slightly cruel but we play tricks on them every year to get our own back. Its started a sort of tradition. We may have grown up and stopped playig with plastic trains but that little memory reminds me of the child inside me at Christmas

My favorite Christmas memory?
That's a hard one, because every year Christmas has been spectacular, filled with smiles and presents and hot cocoa and snuggling under blankets!

But if I had to choose my most favorite Christmas, it'd be the year my cousins came over. They live in a different state then us and they have never seen snow before, so they decided to come to our house for the Holidays. It was fantastic, all of us having lots of fun. There were lots of presents going around and we all had some hot chocolate to keep us warm! They left on New Years Day, but I have a picture of us all smiling at the camera.

It may not seem like much, but having everyone there was truly the greatest present I could ask for.

I am going to tell a Christmas story from last year even though if my friend, Kay, would kill me if she knew xD

Last year my friend Kay made me a Christmas ornament. It was a plain dark red glass ornament that she had painted with fine gold lines to make it festive and had wrote in gold "2012" and "Hermana" on the sides and a dark purple flower was glued to the top of it where you hook it to the tree. It was really pretty :3 She brought it to class and gave it to me before Christmas break. I loved it, it was beautiful. I was holding it in my hand and thanking her for it and she went to hug me. When she opened her arms to hug me, her arm smacked into my hand and knocked the ornament out and it went flying xD Shattered into a million pieces on the floor, it did ._. She was upset and embarrassed and all I could do was hug her and tell her it was okay. I was laughing the whole time though because I just couldn't help it, it amused me xD Eventually she joined in too and it was all good :3 She made me a new one though even though I told her it was alright xD

That is probably my favorite Christmas memory as of yet.

My favorite memory from Christmas was every year we would go to my great-grandparents house on Christmas eve and spend it with all my cousins. We would all sit in the living room and hang out and talk and share stories and spend good quality time together without electronics or anything. I was so great and now that my great grandmother is deceased, we no longer do that so it is just a fabulous memory that I keep with me. I am so grateful to have those memories!

My best christmas gift was being able to share Christmas dinner with my family, back when I was a kid. At that time, we struggled with money. My mother was a housewife and my father just lost his job. Even food was hard to come by, and we were buried in debt. Sometimes, we only ate canned food. Mom and dad began fighting then.
In our place, everyone celebrated by staying up the whole Christmas eve, either having a party, or just a little get together with the family. I thought we'd just sleep through that year. But surprise, surprise, my grandparents, aunt and uncle came, they brought along so much food and drinks, that in a matter of minutes, we were having a family reunion, everyone was happy and laughing.

By twelve o clock, everyone was peacefully quiet, and that's when the fireworks began to rise up in the sky, in different patterns and bright colors. It was the best christmas for me, not because of all the food (but
I was definitely happy about that too), but because we were together, and in spite of everything, we were there, enjoying the moment and forgetting our worries. Mom and dad didn't even fight a single time that day.

My favorite christmas memory is when my parents finally let me get a puppy. I remember going to the breeder and picking her out and I named her Bella, hence my username Tongue Out

She sleeps with me every night still, even though she farts all the time haha. She's a cutie

Favourite Christmas memory would have to be the year my Mother and I didn't have much to give each other. I didn't ask for anything as I knew Mom being a single parent she couldn't mange it and the bills and to pay for heat but come Christmas morning I had two things setting under the tree from her. A new Winter coat, that I was in great need of... and to my great glee and surprise a hand painted (not by her tho) Emu egg with a wolf on it.
As per Christmas tradition I gave her a Scrub top for work (she's a PCW/CCA). Can't remember but I am sure that was a year she was working and she had to head to work so I spent the day alone and cooked our super, but it's a Christmas that I doubt I will ever forget and it taught me so much.
