We had it at home this time

Really good, slightly pink in the middle. Last time we had medium rare steaks at Outback. They were so bloody it makes me think actual rare steaks must be completely raw, lol. Still really delicious.

And they're adorable. Don't think I'm going to encourage people to eat more chicken. Too awkward.
Used to like steak. Good quality food. At least when it's cooked at home. No idea about restaurant cooked.
