"Actually, I just aim to kill Ash," Kane said with a snarl, "He broke me. And I intend to break him." Kane glanced at Ash and smirked. But his smirk changed to one of shock when the knife lodged in his shirt. Ash had thrown the knife back at Kane. "I don't love you," Ash said softly, shaking his head, "I never did." Kane flinched at the words. He stared at Ash, pain in his eyes. "I'm sorry," Ash said, still using his soft tone. Kane walked away sadly, the knife still in his shirt. Ash felt horrible, but he had told the truth and he knew it was the only way to make Kane never mess with him again.
