Jack obliged her and walked quickly after her. Not quick enough, he threw caution to the wind and bounded after her jumped a good 12 feet into the air before coming down again.

I ran into the woods, not even bothering to morph. I heard footsteps, so I ran faster. They started to get far away. I looked back as I ran and ran into something. I fell over and looked up at what I hit. It was somebody, I couldn't tell who, the moonlight was behind him. I screamed long, and loud, but suddenly, all went dark again.
