OOC: lets just say Ivy is in the field just outside the circus gates praticing her powers BIC: Ivy wiggled her finger and tiny little tulips began to pop out of the grass around her, then daisies, then roses, then lilies, etc..... She wiggled her finger again and they began to dance like ballerinas.
