bic/ Verna twirled a little to fluff out her wrinkled dress. She looked like a god - she was a god - but that was always a secret alone. She leaped towards the circus tent and snuck in. She sat down in the far, back seat, not caring who or what people said about her. She watched the other freaks inside. (ooc/ I forgot if you guys left or if you are still in there.) Verna ignored her glowing hands by balling them into a fist, but that just made it worse. The glow grew stronger. It's not like it'd do any harm. She quickly shoved her hands behind her back.
Mike's pictures became more intense. They weren't just shapes and sqwiggles now, they were real. Real, indeed. He fell back on the tree. The rough bark scraped against his back. He moaned quietly.
